Ruffle edge circles set largest layer is 4" then 3" and 2".
Remove the inner circles on each layer to make a mat. Add it back in to make it a frame.
We have recently discovered that another company has stolen over 80 of our designs. They also stole all of our images and card ideas to sell these stolen designs. We have taken the steps necessary to stop this theft. To prevent this in the future our images will all have a watermark on ( both visible and embedded ), they will be taken on an angel and they will be darker and a little blurry.
